Learn authentic Jewish Meditation and explore the Inner Dimensions of Torah at Menorah Synagogue with
אוֹר מְנוֹרָה   Ohr Menorah- Light of Menorah
 
The group provides (for those who wish it) a more contemplative, meditative and mystical approach to Judaism, exploring the depth and breadth of Jewish spirituality through meditation, music and storytelling.
The classes are facilitated by Dr Elliot Cohen (a Menorah Board member) who is an Honorary Fellow of Manchester University’s Centre for Jewish Studies and will also include guest speakers.
In accordance with the established tradition there are no set fees for any of our classes but participants are encouraged (if they feel they have gained some benefit and only if they have the means) to contribute some צדקה Tzedakah/charity to further cultivate the Middot of generosity and loving-kindness.
Meeting on Sunday afternoons fortnightly. The group is open to all but please be sure to reserve your place and provide Menorah with your contact details prior to attendance:
